They do not guarantee accuracy, access, conditions, availability, safety, suitability, or a reservation. A region marker is not a campsite. Always check the linked official land manager, current alerts, weather, fire restrictions, road conditions, and reservation source before traveling.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for your route, equipment, skills, permits, reservations, transportation, weather decisions, and compliance with laws and land-manager rules. Outdoor travel has inherent risks. Do not rely on this service for emergency information; call the appropriate emergency service when needed.
Accounts and private trips
Keep sign-in codes and invitation links private. Share trip links only with the intended person. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, harass others, send spam, impersonate another person, or interfere with service operation. We may restrict abusive use or preserve and review safety reports as described in the privacy policy.
Content and external services
Public-source information, maps, photos, and external links may be governed by their source’s terms. Credits and source links are provided where applicable. We do not control third-party websites or reservation services and are not a party to a booking made elsewhere.
Availability and changes
We may correct, change, or discontinue features and data. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties, and we are not liable for decisions, losses, injuries, access problems, or third-party actions arising from reliance on it.
